The first step in creating nested loops is that you will begin telling a story with the end in mind. The unconscious mind does not work in a linear and logical way, even though the structure of nested loops may look that way, you need to start where the unconscious is ready to start.
The next thing you will do is to really imagine your audience. The fifth step is starting in the middle which means to find the story out of your set that inspires you most and start with that one. This is very important since inspiration will help you to decide whatever story is best to begin with.
Next step is to will fill in the blanks this. Since you start with the story which inspires you, and as you tell it you come to a point where the second story is appropriate to start. When the time comes for your second story you will have formulated ideas for it through your inspirations from the first story.
The final step to sustain hypnosis trance is, using creative loop. In this you need time to let your unconscious mind formulate and work through the things you want to incorporate in your loops. If you don't have time to spend on this you can use self hypnosis in order to clear your mind and to make things come together easier.
